Income And Expense Statement
An income and expense statement lists the income and expenses for a period and calculates the result. A positive result is a profit. A negative result a loss.
Balance Report
The balance report shows the balance of accounts at a valuation date. This report is often used at the end of a month (or year) to create a financial statement.
Trial Balance
A trial balance shows the account balances and transaction sums within a period.
It includes the
- balance at the beginning and end of the period
- the sum of outflow and inflow within the period.
Transaction Report
A transaction report, formerly known as report, lists transactions for accounts in a period. For every account the sum of the amounts is displayed as well.
Attachments can also be included in the transacton report.
