No. HomeKit doesn’t support notifications when an automation is executed. Home+ depends on the supported features of HomeKit on iOS and therefore cannot provide this functionality. (FB6000416)

But you can enable notifications for some kind of accessories in the Apple Home app. For this, open the detail view of an accessory in the Home app and select Status and Notifications.
