Finances On Apple Watch

It’s been a while since the last blog post and today I’m excited to show you what I’ve been working on lately. With the latest update, My Finances supports Apple Watch to view financial statistics on your wrist.

Main App

My Finances on Apple Watch shows similar statistics as the Today widget, which is (based on your settings) the income and expenses for today, yesterday, last week and last month. The bar chart displays the transactions grouped by category and you can even see all transactions from a specific category.

Glances

My Finances Glance shows your current net worth and balance history. Your net worth is prominently displayed at the top of the screen. Below that you find the trend over the course of the last 30 days in a line chart to get a nice overview.

Notifications

My Finances sends you notifications about your income and expenses of the last week and month. Those notifications are displayed on Apple Watch which makes it easy for you to take a quick look. If you want to get more information, you can tap on the notification to see a bar chart directly on your Apple Watch.
